unsatisfactory

Some howling continuity errors. warning spoilers in my review.
1. In an early meeting between Cooper and Kim, they talk about David being killed by an air embolism but it is only many chapters later when pressuring the pathologist that this comes up as a possibility for Kim
2. the team are able to text each other about the listening bugs in the motel, but when Coopers man comes in the morning he gives Kim a satellite phone as "there is no signal out here"
3. After been attacked by the bomb drone and crashing the car Vaughan says she has twisted her ankle and is helped into the old cabin by Jake. it is never mentioned again and she runs around no problem for the rest of the story
4. While in the cabin they are attacked by three men, they recognise the leader as 'Captain ' strangly they also seen to know the names of the other 2 men, how? in the fight Captain gets his wrist broken by Jake, and all 3 are left with the FBI to be arrested
5. somehow Captain miraculously reappears in the final chapter to fight in the restaurant and have his wrist broken again!!
