Summary
The definitive account of Jürgen Klopp’s astonishing revival of Liverpool Football Club.
Liverpool Football Club’s stunning 2020 Premier League title victory deserves a place in the official record of great sporting achievements. The Reds became the first team in British history to hold the European Cup, Super Cup, World Club Cup and domestic league title simultaneously in a masterclass of free-scoring, full throttle footballing prowess.
Journalist Melissa Reddy reveals the inside story of Jürgen Klopp’s astonishing revival of Liverpool, culminating in the club’s first domestic league trophy in 30 years. Featuring incisive and insightful reporting, and the thoughts of players, management and club hierarchy, Believe Us paints a vivid picture of this titanic sporting success. Reddy’s unparalleled access to the club brings interviews with everyone from fans and key backroom staff to players including talismanic captain Jordan Henderson, and of course Klopp himself. The perfect gift for any fan of the club or its inimitable leader, this is heavy metal football writing at its best.

an insight into Klopps thoughts. Probably will only be topped by the future Autobiography
The timeline jumps backwards and forwards a bit. it could have been more linear with the years.

More than just a book about a football manager
This is an in depth, informative audiobook about more than just Jurgen Klopp. It delves into the depths of the methods he uses and staff Klopp surrounds himself with. It is a book about psychology, leadership and change. Excellent from start to finish.

what a book, what a journey!
this book keeps the memory of the title win alive, its great to hear just how involved Klopp is in absolutely everything at Anfield. Melissa delivers what would read as fantasy if it weren't true.

Disappointing
Started off well, detailing the decisions behind the signings of most of the current squad, and FSGs vision, etc. However, it gets really boring and repetitive as it goes on. There’s no tactical analysis whatsoever of any of the big games, instead constantly focusing on “the mood around the team”. Couldn’t finish it, really disappointing

Only for die hard Liverpool fans
If I wasn't a Liverpool fan, I would have switched offshore!!
The narration is poor, it's like they don't need a gap to breath, so it can be hard to tell when a different person is being quoted.
The first half is interesting and a great story, but then everything is repeated several times!
Again, if I wasn't a Liverpool fan I would have turned off.

Great story - poor quality
A great book for all Liverpool fans. But the quality of the audiobook is terrible. I've downloaded it several times, but continues to skip, drop out or stop
