Summary

Standing between the massed hordes of darkness and the city's destruction are dwarf slayer Gotrek Gurnisson and his sworn human companion, Felix Jaeger. But Gotrek's quest to die a heroic death in battle may soon be granted as the enemy advance to claim the city for their dark gods.

I had a whole thing written and then found out about the 128 character limit
Jonathan Keeble does and excellent job with this and I look forward to the rest of the series. It can’t come soon enough

Still no Doom
You have to wonder what poor Gotrek has to do to get his Doom! 😉 this book yet again delivers the goods, action, horror, romance and humour and sadly the passing of our favourite Perverted Slayer who it turns out can’t get poisoned by papa nurgles devotees but can catch an STD 🤔

A delightful adventure with one of the best sieges I have ever heard/read. A must read the adventures of the Gotrek and Felixs are amazing

Next to trollslayer this is one of the best in the series.

I've listened to all 5 books in the series so far! Great reference to playing WFRP. Also a great series too. I'm waiting for my next fix of book six!

Good narration. Nice story with quite a few pieces of lore. Yet not as captivating as the previous novels
