The pair of them are given a mission - infiltrate the Isob-2 processing facility of a semi-hostile alien species known as Estral and find out if they’re breaking the terms of a peace treaty. What begins as a standard in-out mission, leads Keller and Nation into a full-scale conflict with both the Estral and a new, completely unexpected enemy. The first of the Transcended have come, and they aren’t looking for peace.

Monotone narration makes it difficult to listen to
Referring to characters by their initials made the story sound like a shopping list. Of all the books I read, or listened to, this is the only time I’ve come across this.

most enjoyable and quick, no excess fluff and the world building is at a good pace that fills as the story progresses and thats a rare treat

Boring story, well narrated mind. Should have given up after ⅓ of the way through. Sorry it's not for me and I've deleted the other 6!!
