The best book on a lifetime with Narcolepsy

So much of this rang true with me and Jeff explains what it is like to have Narcolepsy so well, especially the non obvious symptoms such as automatic behaviour, losing things, slurring and the frowning! Thank you so much for sharing your experience Jeff!
