Helpful Tips

The pretty cover attracted me to this book. I love the image of the heart. As I listened to the sample, I felt connected somehow. So, of course, I had to hear the whole thing. At times, I felt the narrator was a little patronising, but the information was good, so I kept listening. I think that I learned something about myself through this book and recognised some things that could help some people in my life. Overall, it was a worthwhile listen. Gratitude to the author.
