Helping my adult son with his attachment

Having a kid who is dealing with a difficult situation is so hard. I want to be able to understand what he is going through and help in any way I can. I found this great book on anxious attachment and have really been enjoying it. The book has opened my eyes to what my son is feeling, and now I have some strategies to help him. I think I will have him listen to this book too, and we can work through it together. The book is very well written, and the audio is easy to follow and understand. Great book.

Important topic

Such a very important topic, as so many of us seem to wind up in dysfunctional relationships despite being 'good' people.
