Summary

In this latest Trash 'n' Treasures mystery, Brandy Borne's exceedingly eccentric mother, Vivian, has been invited to perform her one-woman interpretation of the Scottish play (sometimes called Macbeth) at the neighboring town of Old York's annual fete. As soon as they arrive, tragedy strikes: the theater owner drops dead onstage while giving Vivian the grand tour. Before they know it, Brandy and Vivian are entangled in a progressively perilous murder plot. When a second victim turns up mysteriously murdered, the dynamic duo knows they've got to step into the spotlight. A well crafted and funny mystery.

This book had me laughing from start to finish!

Love the back and forth banter between Brandy Borne and her mother Vivian...and the refereeing from the editor. And the tongue in cheek humour Barbara Allan injects throughout.

A well crafted and funny mystery. The first one in the 'Trash 'n' Treasure' mysteries that I have read. And loved it so much, that I have brought Antiques Roadkill.

Romy Nordlinger gives a wonderful narration of this story, that made it a joy to listen to.
