Loved this! Beautiful production.

This was one of my late sister’s favourite books, but I’d never read it. This was a really special experience for me. I can see why she loved it so much. Anne is a wonderful character. The production is superb with an outstanding cast. This is an absolute treat.

A lovely story

I read Anne of Green Gables many years as a child, and remembered how much I had enjoyed it. It quite came up to expectations, was so well acted, and has been a good distraction from the world’s problems and the busy run up to Christmas!

The atmosphere of the period well told in this rendition of Anne of Green Gables

Sandra Oh fabulous, good story telling. Easy to imagine (pardon the pun), being there with them all. Glad that the feud between Anne and her long time rival was finally over - did Anne get her beau in the end?

Beautifully paced

All the right elements, wonderful dramatisation and non sentimental, (if that was possible from such a lovely story!)
