About this listen
How do you know when your anger becomes too much and dangerous? Do you find out yourself, or do you allow other people to determine that for you?
When you are angry, do you feel better by venting it out in order to get things off your mind, or do you prefer throwing things around, or do you keep your mouth shut for the sake of peace even though you are boiling inside?
Is there a way for angry people to manage their anger, or do they just accept life as it is?
What are you supposed to do when you are at the wrong end of anger?

Highly recommend this audiobook!
An absolutely essential audiobook to understanding the anger. This audiobook presented very little that I found helpful for dealing with anger in the volatile moment of real-world experience. Highly recommend this audiobook.

Doing a good soul search within yourself
Absolutely essential book to understanding anger. The book is accurate in Author's view of anger, how most people cope, and makes you think about the past in the present, doing a good soul search within yourself, and use techniques to manage your anger, and not manage others for your own self health.

Nice audiobook!
The audiobook is very helpful in explaining some of the underlying causes of anger and in providing exercises that are very well worth pursuing. The advice is grounded in a strong sense of realism about the perseverance and commitment needed. However, the benefits of demonstrating this are very well justified. The hypnotherapy recording at the end of the audiobook is a really valuable bonus.
