Summary
What is anger?
Why does anger lead many people to aggressive and unhealthy behavior?
Does it have adverse physiological and psychological effects?
Can we term all anger as negative?
Do you feel too irritable or on edge?
Do traffic jams get you angry?
Do your coworkers or boss easily anger you?
Untreated and uncontrolled anger can have very adverse effects on your physical, mental, and emotional health. It can take a toll on you and the people around you. Anger can also affect your relationships, career, family life, and even your general lifestyle.
In most cases, we suppress anger with the hope that it will not affect us and our relations, but that is not an effective way of dealing with it. You cannot ignore the emotion of rage forever - at one point, it will affect you. It’s best if you recognize it, accept it, and deal with it. Put yourself in a position where anger does not run your life. Learn how to use the energy it gives in positively.
This audiobook will help you to understand anger, guide you to identify your triggers of anger, and learn how to manage it. Managing anger can be very complicated if one does not have the right guidelines. To that end, this audiobook uses a simple language to explain the helpful and unhelpful forms of anger. It also describes the steps that you can use to manage it. You will find:
- The definition of anger;
- An expression of anger;
- Understanding anger and smart anger;
- The causes, signs, and symptoms of anger;

An absolutely essential book
An absolutely essential book to understanding the anger. The book is accurate in view of anger, how most people cope and makes you think about the past in the present, doing a good soul search within yourself, and use techniques to manage your anger, and not manage others for your own self-health. Good listen...

nice attention
I'm definitely less angry than when I didn't have the book,
I thought the author had lived with me my whole life after reading so many of the examples. And to know that I am not alone with this problem was liberating.

Assertiveness, Book 2
The book is exact in perspective on annoyance, how the vast majority adapt and makes you consider the past in the present. The individual encountering interminable indignation is quite often feeling terrible, the state is stretched out for a considerable length of time, months or even years.

I love this book
This book is impressive. I slanted such tremendous quantities of effective things from this book. These formulas are very flavorful. I love this book. I truly appreciate perusing this book. Significant book to getting outraged. The book is exact in perspective on resentment, how a great many people adapt, and makes you consider the past in the present, completing a decent soul look inside yourself, and use methods to allot with your annoyance, and not oversee others for your own self well being.
