Actually enjoyable and practical
Firstly the narration was pleasant and easy on the ear.
I felt practical and easy to follow .
I feel like the future will be fun and without trepidation because the book gives me an optimistic glow as to my life from now on.
I thought it would be more “preachy” and “thou shalt not “
And lock up any booze and don’t go out to any occasions in case you slip off the path.
I actually think this book points out that there are no advantages to booze and that the plusses start now - very happy I followed it through.

Highly Recommend
I am 33 and have drank probably since I was about 15/16. Started socially weekends etc but from about 25 onwards the occasional weeknights started to occur and by 30 it was more or less every night having pointless bottles of wine just to feel something. I've worked my whole life so believe I'm highly functional alcoholic but still I knew I had to do something but didn't have much hope in a book to be honest but wow, really surprised me how easy it was, just need to change the mindset and this book really does it. It has only been a few weeks but 1. This is longest I've stopped in years, 2. I have absolutely no desire or cravings to even drink. I have stopped smoking myself but I am now going to try the stop vaping version of the book in the hope it is as successful as this book.

Waste of time and money
Completely agree with everyone else whose 1 star reviews aren't being shown. This book is ridiculous in that there is no "Easyway" method, even though you're promised your life will change if you read to the end. It was a struggle to finish, because all it is is chapter after chapter of why alcohol is bad. All of it is common knowledge.
