Summary
The chilling story of the abduction of two teenagers, their escape, and the dark secrets that, years later, bring them back to the scene of the crime.
It’s senior-year spring break, and Noelle Meyer and Evan Sinclair have been kidnapped. Neither knows why they were chosen, only that they share a tragic past: Evan’s father got away with killing Noelle’s mother, effectively ruining her family when the death was ruled an accident.

An amazingly terrifying novel.
I loved this novel from start to finish. I hadn't read the blurb so I was surprised by the opening chapters.
I felt like I was there, so totally absorbing.
The narration was excellent, which was a pleasant surprise.
Although twisty the plot is easy to follow, whilst leaving just enough mystique.
As the book neared its conclusion the pace was maintained and what a slam dunk at the end.
A great piece of writing. Enjoy.

wow
wow what a gripping and heartbreaking story, 2 school children get kidnapped and kept in a cage,tortured & more *trigger
lots more happens,but don't want to give it away...its a brilliant book,with such detail
I'm off to find more by this wonderful author ❤️

The plot & the unexpected outcome

Great story line
I really enjoyed this book. Full of excitement, always guessing what was happening next. I listened as audiobook and couldn’t wait to get in my car to hear what was happening next.

This is one of the best books I’ve listened to, there were so many layers to the story and characters, emotionally engaging and totally worth listening to. It’s well written and narrated to perfection. Thank you all involved for a great book x

Got me hooked from the first chapter
Loved this book. Had excitement, love, passion, and friendship. I recommend. The story unfolds beautifully and keeps one guessing what the ending will be like.
