A Recipe For Leading Great Teams
An awesome and extremely pragmatic book from cover to cover.
really got me thinking about certain concepts especially the focus on ornate values and skills rather than a great c.v. and academic background.
the 'formulas' really help and also the stories.
highly recommended
I definitely feel more empowered.

Excellent 👌🏽
We really look up to Uncle Mike because his advice works!
Starting our second business, I revisited his books, and this one is a great addition to our collection.
I'll always be grateful to Mike because "Profit First" changed my life. ❤️

Used to write great books for small business, now it's to be political
Your first 3 books were excellent and inspirational for entrepreneurs. Then you ran out of things to say. You sold out Mike. Of all the examples you could use in this book, you had to choose ones that play to the political agenda of the day. Even worse, you talk about living our truth and being yourself, but when someone in this book does not live Mike's truth, they are a hate group. Hypocrite much?
Also, what you prescribe in this book is not scalable. No chance that most of this can be implemented in a company of more than 50 people.
Pumpkin Plan, Toilet Paper Entrepreneur and Clockwork were amazing. What happened to that guy? Why stray from your own mission?
