Lovely Affirmations

The affirmations you'll find in this book will help your OCD.

Intrusive thoughts? Say goodbye.

Anxiety? Yep, that slowly disappears too.

Control issues? You guessed it, it helps with that too!

While these will take time, you'll certainly find yourself improving over time. Slow and steady wins the race :) I love how you can even listen to it in your sleep!! It's great.

Soothing, Calming, Comforting

These affirmations will bring you a feeling of comfort and safety. They are words you can tune into when your mind is going down a path you would prefer it didn't.

The mind learns by repetition so hearing and even repeating some of these affirmations will give your mind the mental commands it needs to regain a sense of peace, and relaxation. A great way to start the day, or end off a hectic day as well.

Affirmations for a positive mindset

I found this book to deliver on its promise. I played it in the background as I was doing my chores and I have been playing parts of it over and over because I can't get enough of it. It is a book to help you to think positive thoughts.

Good source of guided affirmations!

This is a good book with guided affirmations. Great for inspiration in how to get started and very useful to have affirmations pre-made and guided too!
