content is good but....
Ok, first off the author is brilliant. I have many of his books but this is badly let down by the narrator! I can some up in a few bullit points.
1. It is clear that the narrator does not understand the subject matter.
2. It is very clear that the chap is reading from a script.
3. And most annoying, probably as a result of points 1 and 2. The whole content seems to be segmented in that it's like one of the recordings that you hear where-buy the sentance has been put together by pulling seperate words out of a database and then saying it in a sentance. The volume is also quite funny as well in that the guy goes up and down in pitch and no this is not an error on my playback. I've played it back on 3 items including teh latest iphone and have re-downloaded the book but still it is awful. One other thing - very expensive. This is only a subset of teh whole book that won't set you back more than about £20. I bought it to listen to whilst driving to and from work but the guy is so f****** annoying that I had to give up on it.
Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
