Fantastic little book.
Some great tips and things to consider for me. Quite a large section at the end dedicated to speed reading, which isn't necessarily what I wanted to learn, but I've got to admit I'm kinda sold on learning a bit more about speed reading after this book. Well worth the 80 mins of your time.

Good Reference !!!
Bought this for a coaching/mentoring course I have been attending as it was one of the recommended reading books. Will be keeping it as a reference book while I am mentoring others.

Amazing book !!!
I read it in 2 days. I got so surprised to see it contains information about learning, speedreading, how to get to alpha state, how to be happier, etc, etc. If you gather all this book teaches and apply it to your everyday life at learning and other parts of regular life, it will change your life forever.

Nice Book !!!
This is a Nice book on how to learn ... it gives you a framework on which you can build and explore. Organized and simple to read and follow. If you are struggling with how to learn and you need someone to take your hand and show you the beginning of the road, that book will help , it’s like you dad/mom showing you how to ride a bike , and once you learned that , then you explore the world around you on your own.

Worth read!
The book contains a decent amount of value and reasonable guidance that anybody can without much of a stretch execute. I was at that point acquainted with a modest bunch of strategies specified in the book, I appreciated the writer's direction through every one. I like things introduced in a pragmatic, straightforward manner, and this book truly conveys in that sense.
