I don't know about you but I needed this romance
I've listened to quite a few of Meredith Potts cozy mystery books. The main character in the stories is Sabrina Daley. A love to buzz about is the prequel romance between her and her detective boyfriend. I really glad Meredith wrote this story as the background to Sabrina's relationship was sweet and fills some gaps in the Daley Buzz series.
Sabrina's previous relationship was a disappointment. It leaves her cautious when it comes to finding new love. David Carlson is a detective which means he's time is devoted to the job. When David visits Sabrina's coffee shop the chemistry is instant but she doesn't want to be second best.
David is determined to have a chance with Sabrina, even after he's job proves to make it difficult.
This is a sweet romance about making it work.
I listened to A Love to Buzz About and enjoyed the narrative. This can be read as a standalone story.

A Love to Buzz About
I really enjoyed this book! Such a sweet love story that has a little bit of drama to keep you hooked. I’m not sure how I feel about the narration. When female voices were used, it was fantastic, but with the men I felt it was off. Almost like talking through your nose. That being said it was still enjoyable and I will probably be listening to her again.

Brilliant
Really loved this audio book and I highly recommend it. Nice to listen to where it all began.
Amazing characters and great storyline.

Sorry not for me.
I’m sorry Meredith but the narration of this book is really not to my liking. Stephanie has a lovely voice except when trying to do a male voice and then they just sound like idiots. I’m really sorry but I couldn’t listen through to the end.
