About this listen
He stole my hand, but I won’t let him steal my heart.
On the worst day of my life, I was given away by my own blood. Sold to a handsome bad guy in exchange for my father’s debt. Easton Van Buren claimed me and locked me up in his mansion. That devilish man wanted more than just my body.
So, I ran.
But when a rich man’s prized possession escapes, he’ll do anything he can to get her back in his claws. Anything he can, to entice her heart to fall for him. And submit.
A Debt Repaid is the follow-up to the exciting dark billionaire alpha male romance novel A Debt Owed by The New York Times and USA Today best-selling author Clarissa Wild. This is the second book in The Debt Duet and the final installment.

awesome!
I absolutely loved this book. It was so dark and dirty. Perfect in every way. The way it ended rounded out the duet nicely. As always the duet narration by Kai and Wen was fantastic only adding to the story.

Twists and Turns Galore
I thoroughly enjoyed this second installment from Clarissa Wild. In fact I would say I enjoyed it more than the first book. The twists, the turns, the new characters, and the development of both Charlotte and Easton as individuals and together, it made for a very enjoyable read. There was times when my heart was in my mouth and times when I cried as I felt the pain. I don't want to give any spoilers, but I will say you do need to give this book a try you will not be disappointed.
Kai and Wen did an absolutely amazing job narrating. I could listen to them all day.

Part 2 in a Duet
This was a really engaging story. This novel picked up immediately after Part 1, and went straight into the action.
I enjoyed the main character Charlotte the most. She was an amazing and relatable woman existing in a difficult situation. Her spirit shone so bright. There was also another two characters: Dion and Ashanti, who I really warmed to. Easton however, is a much more difficult character to like. He was arrogant, selfish, rude and thoughtless. There were moments where I thought he might become insightful and self-aware, but no he really was always a bit of an idiot. I think I enjoyed the story because of these major character flaws, it made me chuckle or gasp on several occasion.
I particularly enjoyed the ending of the novel as it did have a bit of a twist. Charlotte really was a lovely character, and Easton was a hopelessly flawed man.
I thought the two narrators were excellent. Their style and voices absolutely matched the characters in my opinion. This audiobook is definitely worth a listen.

fantastic narration, twisted enemies to lovers
Ratings - narration 5, story 3.75
This book carried straight on from the end of A Debt Owed, which much be read first.
Charlotte has escaped Easton's clutches but is alone and homeless without any money, when she meets the gorgeous Deion and his daughter Ashanti who offer her food and shelter. She's a feisty, strong character, determined to stay hidden but she does make some basic mistakes that lead to her discovery, but by someone else with sinister intentions.
Deion was such a lovely guy, selfless, sweet and kind. I was hoping his caring attitude that helped Charlotte whilst wanting nothing in return and the way she reacted to him and Ashanti, might prompt Easton to realise he needed to do a bit of that to win Charlotte over. But no, Easton remained stubborn for so long, even though he kept thinking it. I wanted to shake him! I could see his good side trying to get out but his hatred of her father and quest for revenge was stronger than his love for Charlotte, until someone quite unexpected pointed out what he needed to do. Amen for that lightbulb love moment I was hoping for.
Tbh Easton is an a-hole and probably always will be, but I did warm to him by the end. Have to say I'd still pick Deion despite Eastons alluring dominant side!
I did enjoy this story, despite my frustrations with Easton. The narration of the audio book was outstanding. I loved the dual pov and the fact the narrators interacted in each chapter. There was dark suspense, a twisted conclusion, heat, chemistry and a slow burn enemies to lovers story. The narrators highlighted all the emotions brilliantly and I look forward to listening to them again and reading more of Clarissa Wild.

Listened to whole book in one go.
I definitely preferred the second book in this duet. It had a storyline that kept me engaged. I struggle with crueler type behaviour, even when the people exposed to it supposedly like it. I don't find it attractive, however we did see a change in behaviour towards Charlotte in this book, plus a introduction of new characters which I enjoyed.

Wow
This is unbelievably fantastic the twists and turns that this book went through are absolutely amazing. The book keeps you gripped in suspense until the very end. I loved the characters and how they evolved as their story unfolded. Amazing narration as always from these two.
