Insightful and clear

On these days, audiobooks that have a clear and easy to follow instructions/guides to achieve a healthy physique when you're already old is few to none. I am glad that I found this audio track to give to the elderly people in my life and help them become active in wellness! I highly recommend this though to any of age since it's really helpful and full of amazing guides to attain improvement on the overall wellness.

Great instructional material

What I really love about this audiobook is, I don't need to read instructional materials about exercising and this us very commendable for seniors that already have poor eyesight. While exercising I can actually relaxed with the voice over, good to listen very relaxing. Hope to have many audiobooks like this in the future.
