A bet. Yes, I made a bet with my best friend - my now ex-best friend. It had been a stupid, heat-of-the-moment kind of thing. I'd just wanted to get her out of my system and move on. Instead I've lived to regret it ever since. I lost the girl I loved, a girl who possessed my very soul. Now I can't even get close to Natalie. She thinks all she ever meant to me was just the means to the end of a stupid, stupid game. For a bet!

In the span of one night I'd gone from thinking I had a future with the man I loved to shattered at his feet. I can't get over it. The pain is too strong, too destructive as it festers more and more inside of me. And then my friend came up with the perfect revenge for both our broken hearts. "I bet you..." Those three little words gave me a reason to ball my pain up and throw it back in Devlin Cutter's face. I would let him back in, let him think he had a chance with me once again. And then I would walk away, leaving him broken and bleeding at my feet as he once had left me. This time he would be the one shattered.

WHAT ANOTHER BRILLIANT LOVE STORY

What can I say but ANOTHER fantastic love story, where the 2 souls who are meant to be together will be together no matter what heartache that has gone on before hand. Just as it was between Natalie & Devlin when Devlin did a bet with Zander about you'd be to get with Natalie. So when Zan was doing a get back at Devlin, he destroys his friendship between the 2 of them & also breaks Nat's heart, though not really realising that Devlin actually is in love with Nat. Jump a good few months & we're at the point if the tour Nat & Rissa are making the plan about making the men to fall for them, so they could dump them.
I did love this one as it had some comical episodes which had me laughing which then got me weird looks from my husband & son lol.
I do love series as it's what people dream about where you're not just related to these people by both blood & not, but the band members seem to fall for one sibling or other. Yes their childhoods are the worse in a couple of their lives, but the love & friendship that joins them is amazing, just as is the case between Nat & Dev & how things change quite drastically & not in a bad way.
It's pure smoochy
