About this listen

The heartrending conclusion to the On My Knees Duet, a forbidden MM romance by USA Today best seller Ella James....

For years, I've kept his secret. When he called, I answered. When he needed, I gave.

Then he went dark.

I tracked him on Instagram - like his 16 million other followers. When being on the planet with him, separated by his secrets, felt like torture, I moved on. But Luke McDowell wouldn't let me go.

He says he doesn't want me, but we both know that won't hold.

By the end of our story, he'll have taken everything.

The question is, what will he give?

Wowzers this is a journey.

In book 2 in this series we get a bucket load of angst. I was so deep in my feels I wasn’t sure I was going to recover. The author really puts Vance and Luke through the wringer but they just keep weathering the storms.

We get a little chunk of this story from a different perspective too. Pearl is Luke’s advisor and close friend and Rebecca narrates her well, showing us what Vance and Luke look like to others. Throughout this book Vance coaxes Luke bit by bit to be more comfortable with his true self. There is so much inner struggle here for Luke with being in a relationship with Vance and balancing his work and his calling. I was heartbroken for him. It’s clear he loves Vance but pockets of society and his followers deem their love inappropriate, wrong even and it just really sucks. Iggy once again does a stellar job of showing us how compassionate Vance is. He’s patient through and through, and we feel his love. Aiden put me deep in my feels, with his ability to give us all the emotions that Luke goes through. This pair of narrators just fit these characters perfectly.

There is trauma, turmoil, deep soul shattering feelings, spice and love, so much love between these guys. Theirs is a journey which is so often the case with love and it was amazing seeing their story unfold.

both books are good. heartfelt and romantic

this is part 2 of the 2. heartfelt, lots of romance and sex. I did get irritated with the characters because honestly, who gives someone that many chances but still I enjoyed it

Everything! Of everything

All the feelings! Anxiety, hurt, frustration, fear, hope, sadness and of course the love! And the sex! Hot! I’ve been crying, laughing, wanting to scream in frustration and aching for those two guys.

The only thing that should be different is that the two titles in this series is one book! I think it was strange to divide them into two.

Aiden Snow and Iggy Toma make fantastic performances to bring Luke and Vance come to life!
