A Must Read
I saw this book on a DV charity website under resources. I’m nearly 3 years out of a narcissistic DV relationship. This is essential reading. Keeps it very precise. Which is what you need when you first get out. I have read a few books and listened to podcasts about it but this is the best one I’ve listened to.
Validated everything I experienced and that I was an abuse victim. Thank you for writing this 🙏🏻
