Practical, easy to follow

Practical, easy to follow, with strategies that you can immediately apply - loved the tips for the workplace, and also for working at home. Helpful even if you've got this stuff down - many new gems and a fantastic, fresh look at how to be super productive.

I really get important and enjoyable quizzes from this book. Well written by the author. If you take it so you can get 100 quizzes. Increase your knowledge and also keep the brain young. That's a helpful guide for all. I think that's the perfect guidebook. I want to suggest that. Prescribed !

Procrastination is tricky, but the more I listen, the more I am convinced I can beat it slowly and methodically. This book explains a variety of ways to stop or at least slow down your procrastination habits. It has activities you can do to follow along.
