About this listen

Never forgive, never forget. That’s Jack Reacher’s standard operating procedure. And Francis Xavier Quinn was the worst guy he had ever met. He had done truly unforgivable things. So Reacher was glad to know he was dead. Until the day he saw him, alive and well, riding in a limousine outside Boston’s Symphony Hall.

Never apologize. Never explain. When Reacher witnesses a brutal attempt to kidnap a terrified young student on a New England campus, he takes the law into his own hands. That’s his way, after all. Only this time, a cop dies, and Reacher doesn’t stick around to explain. Has he lost his sense of right and wrong? Just because, this time, it’s personal?

Good Story

What made the experience of listening to Persuader the most enjoyable?

I'd have to say Kerry Shale his voice is brilliant it also made me wonder if this hadn't been written a few years ago would a certain Mr Eastwood have been perfect for the eventual film role..a shame I guess

What did you like best about this story?

Good story from start to finish

What about Kerry Shale’s performance did you like?

Loved it all reacher books should be narrated by that superb voice

If you made a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

You Need A Persuader ... No You Need Jack Reacher

Any additional comments?

Wish there were alot more reacher books available

Another winner

Always a good story. A bit more blood thirsty than some of the others. Reacher wins out again

Oh dear

Got this book because it was read by Kelly Shale my all time favorite narrator ( Life of Pi, Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close etc) . Usually he reads interesting, subtle books but this one felt like it had been written by a computer program posing as Lee Child regurgitating lines that had worked before in other books. I found all the information about guns particularly dull but maybe I'm just the wrong audience.
