About this listen

Peace has settled. But will it last?

With old allies and enemies clamoring to meet and negotiate with the new "Bright Lord of Gelderham", the world of Etherion seems destined to return to a new age of stability at last. Closer to home, now that Kaya has joined the family, the dynamic in the Stillwater household has changed forever.

Children grow older, and the community grows closer. Gelderham always prospers, but uncertainties linger in spite of all this happiness. Several mysteries still loom over the heads of Gray and his family, in particular. What secrets does the Dreadwood hold? How does one engineer peace between two bitter sides of a freshly ended conflict? What are the limits of Greta's Chaos Magic? How did Percy come to found this unique settlement? And is Papa Fish secretly a god?

Well, probably not that last one.

Enjoy the end to the first leg of this slice of life fantasy family saga about love, fatherhood, friendship, and doing what we have to for the people we love.

Got a wildchild romance blossoming? I Noah a guy

Dark Lord of the Farmstead: Part 3 by #JohnBroadway published by @GuardPublishing. I absolutely loved this book and I swear to God that if they don't make any more of these I will be really angry 😠 *#MadMiko* face. This #litRPG is a superb example of the #sliceoflife genre.

With a growing family in a growing town, this is an emotional thrill ride for those who dare to take it. The nature of the dark lord MC is explored in this 3rd novel. The way he looks after his children and others in town shows a gentle spirit hiding in a mass murderer's body.

I really liked the relationship of daughter Miko and the boy she adores despite him having to leave for years for military service. It was a tender romance story of the highest order, even if it was ostensibly between a human and a wild child. I also liked the narrators.

As with every book of this series I truly believed in the performances of @TheJonwaters and @jessicadthreet who did their absolute best. For readers of @WanderingInn and other slice-of-life books this series is for you 📚5/5 ⭐️ #bookreview

Fun family isekai

Love this series, but was better when the focus was on Gray with a younger miko and Kaya
