About this listen
Romance, lust, suspense, and uncensored scenes
Someone is stalking Sophie Cruz. She doesn’t know who, and she doesn't know why. Growing up as a foster child, Sophie never really thought she’d find love, but police officer Nate and his family have taken her by surprise. It seems romance is on the fast track until her stalker intervenes....
Nate is shot by an unknown assailant, and Sophie worries that she’s endangering his life as well as her own. Should she leave him to keep him safe or confront this danger head on?
Nate is the second book in the steamy Brothers in Blue series
Warning: These stories contain steamy scenes and are not suitable for all ages. Listeners 18 years of age and older.

Romantic, suspenseful and fast pace
For a relatively shorter audiobook, this book has quite a bit going on. As book two of the series, it kind of picks up where the first ends except that this book focuses on Nate and Sophie. Their chemistry is strong, sexy and full of promise, not counting the dark cloud that seems to be hovering over Sophie. She has a stalker and Nate will do all he can to keep her safe as their connection grows. (To be clear, this audiobook is stand alone.)
I enjoyed this audiobook. It is fun, suspenseful, very sweet, as well as quick and easy to listen to.

good story
I received this title for free in exchange for an unbiased review.
I enjoyed this story as much as book one. A great mystery/romance story. Lissa Blackwell did a good job with all the parts the sound was a little tinny but you got used to it after a while. A great short story.
